Skarstedt were using an outdated PBX phone system preventing them from taking advantage of the benefit of a cloud based phone system. Having a lot of their clients contact them through the phone system and needing flexibility as to who handles those calls made Zoom a perfect fit.

Maintaining their phone numbers and migrating their tried and tested configurations and settings to a new system was a primary deliverable.
