Hscale Sharepoint to Sharepoint Migration

The Challenge

Hscale, a data centre company operating multinationally, required assistance in cleaning up their employee file sharing and storage systems.

The Solution

Working alongside the Hscale’s staff, Synergy drew up specifications and arranged migrations for the Sharepoint cloud based file system, that would greatly improve the usability and control of Hscale’s file sharing infrastructure.

A fast, reliable, secure, cloud based file system was scope, configured and deployed which replicated the existing file structure, users and permissions the client previously had. This provided a seamless migration for their users and smooth cutover from the legacy system.

Synergy worked around the limitations of the legacy on site hardware, providing a migration path which worked to have zero downtime for the client.
